Description:

The George F. Boyer Historical Museum chronicles the history of the town of Wildwood through vintage photos, artifacts, and memorabilia. Visitors travel through time, learning about the town's merger with Holly Beach City, as well as its police and fire departments, its boardwalk, and even its beach patrol. The museum also houses the Marbles Hall of Fame; it lies in the downtown area, near Maxwell Field.

Open early May - late Sep: Mon. - Fri. 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.; Fri. 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.; Sat. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.; early Oct - late Apr: daily 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
